2. Launch Interview agents
Automatically invite candidates to interview from your Gem hiring pipeline. Interview agents will send invitations, conduct two-way voice interviews, take detailed notes, and expertly evaluate responses.
3. Review your results
After each interview completes, results are pushed back to Gem. Understand each candidate's abilities. View detailed scorecards, listen to responses, and explore recommended next steps.
